Ideally, you're an experienced Art Director who visually speaks the same way we do and you know well how to lead a creative team. Our team is well versed in illustration, animation, and CGI. You're a fluent collaborator and shine doing independent design work too. Remote and project-based work is our new normal, so… you're #safe on that matter.

We expect you to:

• Lead our creatives alongside our goals
• Work on visuals in a good range of visual styles
• Create presentations, treatments, and pitch decks

You have:

• Comfort zone of conceptual thinking and visual storytelling
• Good mileage in CGI and animation
• Natural skills in clear and constructive feedback (mainly English)
• Multitasking skills for simultaneous projects
• Good radar for the latest trends
• “Team player of the year” diploma
• No sense of humor
