We love making a massive mess ourselves too. And we love tidying it up, which is what we did with this animated film – going from abundance to overwhelm to organised clarity. Turns out storage is not a place to put life away; it's a way to make more room for it.

Extra isometrics

Extra Space Storage already had an isometric visual language in place, so we turned it up to 11. Skip the abstract, go for the tactile, and exaggerate the clutter like there’s no tomorrow!

Our flexible 3D asset system fuels the “humour of excess” approach where abundance is the key. We’re pretty proud of the balance – the objects have enough character to star in close-ups, yet are sufficiently clean to multiply in comically large groups.

From Chaos to Order

The story walks you through very real phases in the life of a hobbyist. What starts out as an enthused leisure activity takes a disturbing turn when hobby objects gang up on their master and their space. Relief arrives in the shape of an Extra Space Storage unit, taking in waves and waves of objects. Sorted!
